Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, dynamic, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Videographer / Photographer cum Graphic Designer. This hybrid role is ideal for someone passionate about visual storytelling, especially within the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
The role combines expertise in videography, photography, and graphic design to produce engaging, high-quality content that enhances brand presence across digital and physical platforms. You will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of the brand through compelling visuals, creative concepts, and multimedia execution.
Responsibilities:
Videography & Photography
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photos for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, menus, and promotional materials.
- Capture product shots, food plating, restaurant interiors, events, and lifestyle content.
- Ensure strong storytelling through visuals aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Manage lighting, audio, staging, and overall production quality.
- Handle post-production including editing, color grading, sound design, and visual enhancements.
- Maintain and manage all photography and videography equipment.
Graphic Design
- Design visually compelling assets for digital and print, including social media content, menus, posters, banners, brochures, packaging, and email campaigns.
- Develop creative concepts and layouts that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Create motion graphics and basic animations when required.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all touchpoints.
Content Strategy & Creative Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, chefs, and stakeholders to conceptualize and execute content ideas.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative creative direction.
- Stay updated with design, video, and F&B industry trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Support content planning, scheduling, and publishing across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Asset & Project Management
- Organize and maintain a structured library of video footage, photos, and design assets.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Ensure proper file management, backup, and accessibility for team use.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom).
- Strong knowledge of video production techniques, including camera operation, lighting, and sound recording.
- Experience with video editing, motion graphics, and post-production workflows.
- Understanding of video formats, codecs, compression, and platform requirements (e.g., Instagram, YouTube).
- Skilled in using professional cameras and studio equipment.
Creative & Multimedia Skills
- Strong eye for design, composition, color, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to tell compelling stories through both static and motion visuals.
- Experience creating integrated multimedia content combining video, graphics, and animation.
- Knowledge of food styling and F&B content trends is an added advantage.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Photography, Videography, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in videography, photography, and graphic design (F&B or hospitality industry preferred).
- Strong portfolio showcasing both video and design work.
- Certifications in Adobe Creative Cloud or related tools are an added advantage.
