Required Skills

- Strong expertise in WhatsApp Business API / Cloud API integration

- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, microservices, and event-driven architecture

- Proficiency in Node.js/Python/Java backend development

- Strong cloud and DevOps experience (AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes)

- Experience integrating CRM/contact center platforms

- Strong understanding of API security, OAuth2, JWT, and compliance requirements

- Experience designing scalable, high-availability messaging systems

- Excellent stakeholder management and technical leadership skills

Preferred Experience

- 7+ years in API integration or enterprise communication platforms

- 3+ years specifically in WhatsApp Business API implementations

- Experience in telecom, banking, fintech, eCommerce, or contact center industries

- Experience handling millions of messages/month at enterprise scale
