Job Purpose

We are looking for a Practical Trainee who can serve a 6-month internship duration from April/May – October 2026.

Job Description

  • Event Artwork & Visual Assets
  • Develop promotional materials, including posters, banners, and social media assets for game-related events.
  • Ensure artwork aligns with brand guidelines and event themes.
  • Provide multiple design iterations based on feedback from the team.
  • Social Media Support
  • Assist in pre-event processes for events such as Level Up KL, Game Jam, and industry engagement initiatives.
  • Support the preparation of event materials, i.e., slides and backdrop designs.
  • Assist in database updates, i.e., speaker names, topics, etc.
  • Assist in handling the social media account of LEVEL UP KL.
  • Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is an added advantage.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Game Design, Digital Media Design, Animation & Visual Effects, Game Art & Design, Multimedia & Digital Arts, Graphic Design with Game Specialization, 3D Animation & Game Development, Interactive Media & Design, or other related fields.
  • Preferably able to commit to a minimum 6-month internship. (Please indicate your internship duration on your resume, e.g., DD.MM.YYYY – DD.MM.YYYY.)
  • Able to provide a university internship placement letter, if applicable.
  • Open to Malaysian students only.
