Dancom Group is a well-established Malaysian company founded in 1985 that specializes in enabling market growth for premium brands through retail, marketing, and distribution services. With over 40 years of experience, they represent major brands like Apple, Dyson, JURA, and Maxis, operating 11 branches nationwide with over 400 employees.

If you join us, you will be responsible for the Dyson Department.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with strategic key accounts and key stakeholders to drive sales performance
• Develop a deep understanding of key accounts’ needs, priorities, and business operations
• Leverage available data and insights to identify, negotiate, and optimise sales opportunities
• Serve as the main point of contact between key accounts and internal teams
• Proactively resolve issues and ensure strong client satisfaction and retention
• Prepare and submit accurate monthly sales forecasts and reports on time
• Strengthen long-term business relationships with key partners

What we're looking for

• Minimum qualification – Diploma/Degree.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant Key Account Management working experience and exposure, either in similar FMCG, distributor, premium retail or technology brands or somewhat similar/related industries. Fresh graduates are welcome too!
• Relevant experience and strong interest in tech products are an added advantage.
• Strong communicator (written, oral & multi-lingual). Able to influence and motivate.
• Must be a team player and collaborator.
• Flexible and able to travel.
