Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for defining and maintaining the game’s art style, ensuring overall visual consistency and alignment with the product positioning.
2. Act as an art partner/lead, leading the art team, managing art resource allocation and production schedules, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
3. Work closely with game designers and programmers to ensure that the game’s visual effects are well aligned with gameplay design.
4. Continuously monitor and research popular market art styles and visual presentation techniques, and provide creative suggestions for art innovation.
5. Establish and optimize the art production workflow to improve overall team efficiency and artwork quality.

Job Requirements

1. Proficient in environment concept art, with the ability to manage and coordinate the art team and guide team members in their professional growth.
2. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Fine Arts, Design, or a related field, with more than 5 years of experience in game art design.
3. Familiar with the art styles of casual games, such as Coin Master, idle games, and simulation management games, with experience in independently defining and successfully implementing an art style.
4. Strong art foundation, excellent aesthetic sense, and familiarity with various art production tools and workflows.
5. Strong creativity and market awareness, with the ability to identify and follow art trends.
6. Passionate about the gaming industry, able to work under pressure, responsible, and a good team player.
