We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to support daily operations, coordinate cross-functional activities, and contribute to the growth of our business in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist management in overseeing daily business and operational activities
• Coordinate internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Support administrative, operational, and reporting functions
• Prepare presentations, reports, and business documentation
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and operational performance
• Assist in vendor management and client communication
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and workflow

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field
• 2–5 years of relevant working experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or project coordination is an advantage
