You Will Lead The Implementation Of

  • Temenos Transact (T24) back‑office capabilities for private banking/wealth clients. The focus is on securities processing, corporate actions, settlements, accounting and FO–BO integration with TAP or equivalent front-office solutions. You will help clients maximise OOTB features, streamline operations and achieve regulatory‑grade controls.
  • Transact core banking for retail banking across deposits, lending, payments and customer servicing. You will drive requirements, configuration, testing and readiness to help clients launch scalable, compliant retail capabilities aligned to digital channels.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years with Temenos Transact in wealth/private banking contexts OR Strong knowledge of retail products and processes: onboarding/KYC, deposits, lending, payments and collections.
  • Deep knowledge of securities lifecycle (trading, settlement, income events, corporate actions) and accounting.
  • Hands‑on with AA (ArrangementArchitecture), OFS, TAFJ/TAFC, COB troubleshooting and performance tuning.

Generic Skills

  • Business analysis and process re‑engineering for investment operations.
  • Hybrid delivery (Agile & Waterfall) across complex release trains.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Confluence & Jira; creation of BRD/FRD/FS and SOPs.
  • End‑to‑end testing lifecycle, regression packs, and traceability to requirements.
  • Stakeholder engagement across operations, finance, risk, compliance and technology.

Preferred Experience With Comparable Platforms

  • Avaloq Core Banking, ERI Olympic Banking System, Finacle Wealth, TCS BaNCS Wealth/Securities.
  • FIS Profile/Apex, Charles River IMS (alignment to investment ops) OR;
  • Infosys Finacle (Retail), Oracle FLEXCUBE, TCS BaNCS (Retail).
  • FIS Profile/Bankway, SAP Banking Services, and similar cores.

Job Responsibilities

  • Parameterise Transact BO modules:Arrangement Architecture,Securities, Funds,Derivatives, Structured Products,Corporate Actions, Settlements & Payments, Fees & Charges, GL/Accounting, Lending & Collateral Management.
  • Use Extensibility Framework (EF) whenever possible in favor of custom routines.
  • Run gap‑fit workshops with operations and product SMEs
  • Documentation: Business requirements documents / Functional Specification Documents / Technical and Integration Specification Documents, user stories & acceptance criteria, configuration workbooks, test plans and run‑books.
  • Design FO–BO processes with TAP (order capture, booking, settlement, accounting); ensure straight‑through processing.
  • Configure integration endpoints (APIs/MQ/ITX); collaborate on ISO 20022/SWIFT flows where applicable.
  • Support non‑functional needs: Close of Business (COB)/batch performance, reconciliation, controls, and operational dashboards.
  • Plan and execute SIT/UAT; manage defects, cutover checklists, data migration and hypercare.
