Location: Bukit Merah
Working Schedule: 44 Hours/ Week; off days may vary (Weekday/ Weekend)
Employment Type: 1-Year Renewable Contract
Salary: Up to $2,600 (Subject to Experience)

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming service desk calls and respond to queries via phone, email, voicemail, and other channels.
• Provide timely and professional IT support to users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Manage and track incidents including desktop/laptop issues, LAN/WAN connectivity, and voice-related requests.
• Perform user account administration (activation, modification, termination).
• Ensure service requests are handled according to service level standards.
• Escalate complex issues to second-level support when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec in any discipline
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft Outlook, and mobile device support
• Able to work 44 hours/ week; off days may vary (weekday/weekend)
• OJT provided

Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,600.00 per month
