• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Basic knowledge of HR practices and Employment Act is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Tanggungjawab
• Handle daily HR administrative and operational tasks
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management
• Support payroll, attendance, leave, and claims administration
• Prepare HR reports and maintain proper documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
