Join our client in supporting daily operations for a business that supplies essential lab and cleanroom products used across research and industrial environments.

location: Ang Mo Kio

Working hours: Mon–Fri, Office Hours 9am to 6pm

Salary: up to $4,000 + AWS + VB 

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
• Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and sales reports
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments on order processing and delivery schedules
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records in the system
• Monitor inventory, shipment status, and order fulfillment
• Assist in scheduling, documentation, and general office coordination
• Support daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
• Attend to customer enquiries and follow up on sales-related matters

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Business/Logistic & Supply Chain/Biomedical or equivalent 
• Customer-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
