We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst (Entry / Junior) to help transform raw data into meaningful insights that support smarter business decisions and operational improvements.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Data Analyst, you will collect, clean, analyze, and visualize data to support business teams in improving performance, efficiency, and decision-making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Data Collection & Analysis

• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
• Perform basic statistical analysis and interpretation
• Support business decision-making with data insights
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reports

Reporting & Dashboard Development

• Build and maintain reports and dashboards
• Track KPIs and operational performance metrics
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders
• Support automation of reporting processes
• Present findings in a clear and structured manner

️ Data Management & Quality Assurance

• Maintain and update databases and datasets
• Perform data validation and quality checks
• Identify and resolve inconsistencies in data
• Assist with data cleaning and preprocessing
• Document data workflows and reporting processes

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with operations, finance, marketing, and business teams
• Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders
• Support strategic and operational initiatives
• Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical teams
• Contribute to a data-driven culture within the organization

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, IT, or related field
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Understanding of data analysis and reporting concepts
• Knowledge of SQL is an advantage
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools is a plus
• Basic understanding of data visualization principles
