Oversee and coordinate daily construction site activities to ensure safety, quality, and timely project completion while leading teams and maintaining clear communication among all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities by coordinating labor, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure efficient site operations
• Conduct safety meetings and enforce Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) compliance to maintain a hazard-free work environment
• Inspect ongoing work to verify compliance with building codes, blueprints, and project specifications, ensuring quality standards are met
• Coordinate material deliveries and procure supplies, adjusting schedules proactively to meet project deadlines
• Act as the primary liaison between workers, project managers, engineers, and clients to facilitate clear communication and issue resolution
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, daily logs, and inspections for project documentation and compliance

Required competencies and certifications

• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations to guide site operations effectively
• Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and structural specifications to ensure accurate construction execution
• Proven leadership skills to manage teams and subcontractors effectively on-site
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to promptly resolve on-site issues to minimize delays and maintain workflow
• Previous experience as a construction foreman or in a similar supervisory role to demonstrate capability in site management
