Job Responsibilities
Full set of accounts
Handle daily invoicing and payment documentation
Maintain proper filing and updating of records and supporting documents
Monitor outstanding payments and assist in payment follow-up
Coordinate with customers, vendors and operational teams on documentation matters
Update internal records and administrative information accurately
Assist in preparing routine reports and documentation
Support general office administrative duties
Perform ad-hoc operational and administrative tasks assigned by management
Job Requirements
Work experience as an Account Officer, Account Coordinator or similar role
Comfortable handling administrative and documentation duties in a fast-paced environment
Able to manage multiple responsibilities and operational coordination
Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
Responsible, organised and detail-oriented
Able to work beyond normal working hours when required
Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required
Able to drive a car
Needs to work on weekends & public holidays
