Insurance / Financial Advisory Agency – Singapore
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive operations executive to support the daily operations of a growing financial advisory team
This role plays an important part in ensuring smooth agency operations, supporting financial consultants, coordinating events, and maintaining compliance documentation.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain Personal Development Portfolio (PDP) and compliance documentation
• Organise monthly meeting materials and update attendance records
• Update digital production charts and performance dashboards
• Coordinate logistics for agency trips, team luncheons and events
• Create EDM invitations and internal announcements
• Support customer correspondence related to administrative forms
• Maintain agency social media accounts and announcements
• Assist recruitment activities including resume preparation and personality profiling tests
Requirements
• Higher Nitec, Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing
or related field
• 1–3 years administrative or operations experience preferred
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Familiar with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
