We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst (Entry / Junior) to transform raw data into meaningful insights that support business decisions, improve performance, and drive operational efficiency.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Data Analyst, you will collect, clean, analyze, and visualize data to support business teams with reporting, KPI tracking, and decision-making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Data Collection & Analysis

• Gather, clean, and organize data from multiple sources
• Perform basic statistical and exploratory data analysis
• Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Support data validation and accuracy checks
• Translate data into meaningful business insights

Reporting & Dashboard Development

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports
• Track KPIs and business performance metrics
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders
• Support automation of reporting processes
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in all reporting outputs

️ Data Management & Quality Assurance

• Maintain and update datasets and databases
• Perform data cleaning and preprocessing
• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies
• Document data workflows and reporting processes
• Support data quality and governance standards

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with business, finance, marketing, and operations teams
• Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders
• Present insights in a clear and simple way
• Support strategic and operational initiatives
• Contribute to a data-driven culture

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, IT, or related field
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Understanding of data analysis and reporting concepts
• Knowledge of SQL is an advantage
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools is a plus
• Basic understanding of data visualization principles
