Job Description
Receive and verify incoming deliveries
Label, record, and track pallets and parts accurately
Put away incoming materials and prepare outgoing parts for dispatch
Update and maintain inventory records in the system
Conduct physical stock checks and reconcile with inventory records
Liaise with internal departments to support operational needs
Maintain good housekeeping standards (clean, organized, and safe work area)
Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum secondary education or equivalent
Prior experience in warehouse, store, or logistics operations is an advantage
Basic computer literacy (e.g. MS Word, Excel, Outlook, inventory system or ERP)
Able to handle manual work and perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and standing for extended periods
Detail-oriented with good record-keeping skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills to liaise with internal departments
Willing to comply with safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping standards
Forklift licence is an advantage; candidates with relevant experience will be prioritised
Valid Class 3 or Class 4 driving licence is an advantage
Positive attitude, strong teamwork, and willingness to learn
