Responsibilities

• 3D Modeling & 2D Drafting: Translate conceptual sketches and engineering data into accurate 3D BIM models and 2D shop/construction drawings.
• Clash Detection: Run coordination checks to identify and resolve spatial overlaps between architectural, structural, and MEP elements before construction begins.
• Collaboration: Coordinate directly with architects, engineers, and site project teams to integrate design changes and update models.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all drawings comply with regulatory specifications, BCA requirements, and the project's BIM Execution Plan.
• Lifecycle Maintenance: Update and refine models and create 'as-built' drawings to reflect actual conditions on-site throughout the project's duration.

Key Requirements

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard software, primarily Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Education: Typically requires a NITEC, Diploma, or Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, or Building Services.
• Industry Knowledge: A solid grasp of drafting practices, building systems, and spatial awareness
