Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our clients, handle inquiries efficiently, and contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Job Description:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Process orders and coordinate schedule while ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies
• Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies
Job Requirements:
GCE N, O, A level | Polytechnic | ITE graduate
Self-motivation and good interpersonal communication skills.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
Other Details:
Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am-6pm), Saturday (9am-1pm)
Salary based on experience + Performance Bonus
