What You'll Do

  • Accurately enter, update, and validate claim-related information within internal databases and systems.
  • Ensure all data handling activities are completed in accordance with regulatory requirements, company procedures, and confidentiality standards.
  • Conduct regular checks on submitted information to identify errors, inconsistencies, or incomplete records.
  • Liaise with internal claims teams through phone and email communications to clarify and resolve data-related issues.
  • Maintain well-organized and accurate documentation to support efficient and timely claims processing.


Key Criteria

  • Able to commence employment on 15 June 2026.
  • Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Prior experience in data entry, administration, or related support functions is an advantage; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Comfortable working onsite on morning or mid-shift schedules.


Work setup

  • Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur): 7:30am to 4:30pm Malaysia time with a hybrid setup after a 6-month on-site probation.
