As a Data Administration Support professional in our Product Category team, you are a critical enabler of category performance. By ensuring product data accuracy, system reliability, and smooth day‑to‑day operations.


Your attention to detail, organization, and proactive mindset directly improve data integrity, reduce operational friction, and support compliance and governance. Acting as a key coordination point across APAC teams, marketing, suppliers, and systems, your work helps deliver better customer experiences and stronger business outcomes.


What you will be doing...

  • Update and maintain product data in SAP (e.g. part number, lead time, cost, MOQ)
  • Update website product information (descriptions, attributes, images, datasheets)
  • Support order processing, including document preparation and PO follow-up
  • Assist with product quality questions before and after sales
  • Support inventory activities such as returns and manual stock allocation
  • Support product changes (price updates, source changes, discontinuation, reactivation)
  • Check and manage supplier and brand documents (LOA, COO, certifications, BoM)
  • Contact local suppliers and support service agreement renewals
  • Support marketing tasks such as product shortlist preparation
  • Arrange admin support for local product or brand training
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) setup and follow-up with local and global teams
  • Provide back-up support for NCO during leave or absence
  • Handle ad-hoc admin tasks as required


Essential Skills & Experience

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience updating or maintaining product data in business systems (e.g. JIRA, MAEXTRO, ERP), or ability to learn quickly
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when working with data
  • Able to manage spreadsheets, databases, and reports
  • Good time management, well organised, reliable, and methodical
  • Clear and professional communication skills when working with stakeholders across APAC
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
  • Flexible and willing to support different admin tasks
  • Quick learner (training will be provided)


Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Basic analytical skills to support simple reporting and trend checks
  • Proactive approach to admin work; able to support the team without constant direction
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
