FP&A Manager

Job Summary

We’re looking for an FP&A Manager to support business planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to turn numbers into clear insights and help drive better business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning to support strategic business goals
• Prepare monthly performance reports that deliver clear insights and actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and supply chain teams to align financial plans with operational objectives
• Analyze revenue, costs, margins, and investments to identify trends and inform decision-making
• Build business cases to support key strategic initiatives and investment decisions
• Identify financial risks, opportunities, and efficiency improvements to enhance business performance
• Ensure strong financial governance and maintain disciplined financial processes

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 6 years of experience in FP&A or business finance, preferably within FMCG
• Proficient in financial analysis and advanced Excel skills
• Confident in engaging and influencing senior stakeholders

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience using SAP, Anaplan, Power BI, or similar financial planning and business intelligence tools
