This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager, located in Senai. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Core responsibilities include managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, analyzing financial data, and formulating strategies to optimize financial performance. The role also involves leading and mentoring the finance team and collaborating with other departments to support company objectives.

• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting techniques
• Proficiency in financial reporting, data analysis, and interpretation
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and financial laws
• Leadership skills for managing teams and collaborating across departments
• Experience with financial software and tools
• Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification is a plus
