Job Summary

You will lead architectural design, execute project plans, and manage project delivery while collaborating effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and oversee project execution to meet client requirements and quality standards
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to align project goals
• Supervise and guide internal and external teams to optimize collaboration and project performance
• Utilize ARCHICAD software to develop detailed architectural designs and documentation
• Apply Photoshop skills to enhance visual presentations and client proposals

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 1 year of local architectural project experience
• Graduation from a university recognized by the Singapore Board of Architects
• Proficiency in ARCHICAD and Photoshop software
