Overview We’re seeking a proactive Sales & Appointment Setter to drive our advisory pipeline. You’ll make the first contact via calls, WhatsApp, and messaging, then convert leads into face-to-face consultations that keep our advisory calendar full and productive.

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with inbound and outbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, social channels)

• Qualify prospects and secure confirmed bookings for in-person consultations

• Manage advisor calendars, reschedule as needed, and minimize no-shows

• Track leads and follow-ups in CRM with accuracy

• Handle objections confidently and close conversations with professionalism

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and persuasion skills, both over the phone and in person

• Organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven

• Comfortable with high-volume outreach and face-to-face sales interactions

• Experience in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting (preferred)

• Familiarity with CRM and scheduling tools (bonus)

Performance Metrics

• Number of qualified appointments booked

• Show-up rate for consultations

• Conversion rate from lead → booked appointment

• Speed and consistency of follow-ups
