Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Cost Savings Specialist to drive impactful cost-optimization initiatives across product lines. In this role, you will combine technical curiosity with project management rigor, assisting in the deep-dive deconstruction of product costs to identify savings. You will facilitate strategic dialogues with cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities, ensuring that cost-reduction projects are seamlessly executed and implemented on schedule. Key

Responsibilities

• Identify cost reduction opportunities through comprehensive product cost analysis.
• Foster strong collaborative relationships with key partners, including Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, and Suppliers.
• Effectively manage cost savings projects to ensure timely execution and realization of committed savings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to explore and implement cost-saving initiatives. Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in Engineering, Procurement, or Program Management.
• Proficiency in data analytics and financial modeling.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ability to read technical drawings or specifications.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple project timelines simultaneously
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
