Full Time Telco Business Analyst Jobs, in Systems Limited - APAC Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across telecom digital and enterprise systems.

• Work closely with stakeholders to define business vision, scope, and solution roadmap.

• Own and manage complex requirements (BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows).

• Provide leadership in solution design discussions for BSS/OSS and digital platforms.

• Analyze and define system integrations, APIs, and data flows.

• Act as a bridge between business, product, and engineering teams.

• Drive and support Agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews).

• Lead UAT strategy, execution, and stakeholder sign-offs.

• Identify process gaps and recommend digital transformation initiatives.

• Mentor and guide junior BAs within the team.

• Ensure solutions align with business KPIs, customer experience, and scalability goals.
