Role Summary

We are seeking a Data Analyst to lead the digitalization and validation of billing processes, warehousing data, and demand planning frameworks. This role is responsible for building and maintaining robust solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform to ensure accurate billing, operational visibility, and granular forecasting, ultimately empowering stakeholders with high-integrity tools for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics Operations

• Design and maintain billing validation solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform to verify invoice accuracy against rate cards and proof of performance
• Develop and operational dashboards for warehousing and logistics which includes but not limited to VFR, Inventory Record Accuracy, Disposal, KPI dashboard and outbound volumes
• Deliver operational and billing insights through dashboards and reports
• Perform data transformation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Create and maintain clear SOPs and Work Instructions (WIs) for ongoing support and maintenance

Demand Planning

• MY DR File Revamp: Restructure and update the 'MY DR File' to seamlessly incorporate PPG (Product Planning Group) data.
• Central Forecasting File Granularity: Migrate the 'MY Central Forecasting File' from PPG to Basecode granularity, ensuring alignment with detailed planning requirements.
• MYSG Reports Harmonization: Standardize and rationalize MYSG (Malaysia/Singapore) reports to improve consistency, clarity, and ease of use.
• Forecast Reasonability Dashboard Development: Design and develop an interactive dashboard that enables Demand Planners to assess forecast reasonability at both PPG and Basecode levels.
• Achilles Adoption Tracking Improvement: Enhance the current methodology and reporting for tracking the Achilles adoption glidepath, providing clearer insights into system utilization and progress.
• Local CFR Dashboard for Loss Drivers: Develop a local Customer Fill Rate (CFR) dashboard with a focus on identifying and analyzing key loss drivers impacting fill rate performance.
• Reported & Unreported Orders Analysis: Conduct an analysis of processes and data related to reported and unreported orders to enhance visibility, accuracy, and understanding of their impact.

Required Skills

• Qualification in Data Analytics or Computer Science (or equivalent practical experience)
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Query)
• Experience with operational data validation and operational reporting
• Proficient in end-to-end supply chain operations, preferably with specific expertise in demand planning, warehousing and transportation
• Strong analytical skills and process-oriented mindset
• Ability to document processes clearly and effectively
