Full Time Business Intelligence Analyst Jobs, in Swagelok Malaysia Puchong - Maukerja

You'll be the hands-on builder in our newly formed Automation function. Where the Head of Automation sets the direction, you make it real — designing, building, and deploying AI-powered solutions that transform how we serve customers in the oil & gas and semiconductor industries.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI-powered workflows across sales, service, and operations (e.g. quoting automation, service recommendation engines, document intelligence)
• Develop RPA or low-code automations to eliminate repetitive manual processes
• Work with structured and unstructured data — equipment specs, service histories, pricing data, contracts
• Build pipelines and integrations between internal systems and external APIs
• Ensure data quality and reliability for AI model inputs
• Embed with sales and service teams to identify automation opportunities
• Translate business requirements into technical specs — and back again

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in software, AI/ML, or data engineering
• Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or Anthropic) and prompt engineering
• Experience with API integrations and workflow automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Power Automate) or RPA platforms
