We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Analyst (Entry / Junior) to transform raw data into meaningful insights that support business decisions, improve performance, and drive operational efficiency.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, identifying patterns, and turning data into clear and actionable insights.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Data Analyst, you will collect, clean, analyze, and visualize data to support reporting, KPI tracking, and strategic decision-making across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Data Collection & Analysis

• Collect and organize data from multiple sources
• Clean, validate, and preprocess datasets
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA)
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Support data-driven decision-making

Reporting & Dashboard Development

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports
• Track KPIs and business performance metrics
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders
• Automate reporting processes where possible
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting outputs

️ Data Quality & Management

• Maintain and update datasets and databases
• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies
• Support data governance and quality standards
• Document data workflows and reporting logic
• Ensure integrity and accuracy of data sources

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with business, finance, marketing, and operations teams
• Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders
• Present insights in a clear and simple manner
• Support strategic and operational initiatives
• Contribute to a data-driven culture

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, IT, or related field
• Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Understanding of data analysis and reporting concepts
• Knowledge of SQL is an advantage
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools is a plus
• Basic understanding of data visualization principles
