About The Job

  • Oversee and execute the setup and configuration of advanced EUC applications, including Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, and SCCM across client environments.
  • Provide technical guidance and hands-on support for external clients for complex Microsoft products and services troubleshooting.

Skills And Experience Required

  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience in technical roles, with a focus on EUC software solutions such as Windows OS, Windows Servers, Office 365, and SCCM
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to handle external clients
