Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2B Sales & Business Development Executive (Agriculture) based in Kota Damansara. This role will focus on driving sales growth for Agroz Wall solutions and fresh vegetables supply to HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant & Café) clients. The ideal candidate should be proactive, confident in client engagement, and passionate about building strong business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling and prospecting activities to identify potential clients for Agroz Wall solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Promote and sell Agroz products and solutions to HORECA clients through B2B sales activities.
- Prepare professional presentation decks and proposals for client meetings and business pitches.
- Attend meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with potential clients.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare weekly sales reports for management review.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities within the agriculture and food supply industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and after-sales support.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Mandatory Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Good communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

- Sales experience in agriculture, agri-tech, food supply, or related industries.
- Experience handling B2B or HORECA clients.
