Wellnite is a growing U.S. mental healthcare company helping patients access therapy and psychiatric care nationwide.

We are looking for energetic, professional, and highly organized team members to support provider onboarding, provider success, and provider communication.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident speaking with professionals, comfortable presenting on video calls, and able to guide providers through onboarding and platform setup with professionalism and urgency.

This is a fast-paced operational role with clear KPIs, accountability, and performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Call providers and invite them to join the Wellnite platform
• Guide providers through onboarding and setup processes
• Conduct live demos of the Wellnite platform via video call
• Answer provider questions through chat, email, and phone calls
• Follow up with providers regarding missing documents or onboarding steps
• Support providers with platform navigation and troubleshooting
• Maintain accurate onboarding and communication records
• Escalate provider issues when needed
• Maintain strong follow-up and communication standards

Performance Expectations

This is a performance-driven role with measurable KPIs and productivity expectations.

Candidates should be comfortable with:

This role represents Wellnite directly to healthcare providers, so professionalism and presentation matter.

• 9-hour shifts
