Position: Bilingual Document Annotator

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $25 - $30/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10 40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated JSON data and validate accuracy against source PDF documents.
• Correct discrepancies and ensure extracted values match original content precisely.
• Perform detailed error detection and data validation across complex, multi-page documents.
• Verify mathematical accuracy including totals, calculations, and line-item consistency.
• Navigate and validate nested JSON structures ensuring proper schema placement.
• Annotate and review documents in two languages using strong linguistic expertise.
• Provide feedback on recurring errors and collaborate to improve annotation quality.

Requirements

• Strong experience working with complex PDFs including tables, formulas, and structured data.
• Exceptional attention to detail with high standards for data accuracy.
• Bilingual proficiency with strong reading and writing skills in both languages.
• Proficiency in JSON with the ability to validate field accuracy and schema structure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for error detection and validation.
• Experience in data validation, quality assurance, or document annotation.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
