Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Loan Processor. The Loan Processor will be responsible for reviewing and processing loan documents, communicating with clients and lenders, ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines, and facilitating smooth and accurate loan processing. The role involves verifying financial information, managing documentation, and collaborating with various stakeholders to complete loan approvals efficiently.

Qualifications

• Expertise in handling Loan Documents and Loan Processing tasks
• Experience in Australian mortgages is MUST.
• Strong knowledge of Loans and basic understanding of Underwriting processes
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients and lenders
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in managing deadlines and prioritizing workloads effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in mortgage or loan processing will be advantageous
