A leading financial services firm is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join its dynamic APAC program delivery team. This Singapore-based role involves contributing to a complex, large-scale, multi-year initiative that is a top priority, with visibility at the highest levels of leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive data analysis to support program objectives and stakeholder needs, demonstrating initiative and sound decision-making.
• Develop a deep understanding of team priorities and apply this knowledge to enhance daily operations.
• Act as a proactive problem solver and take ownership of tasks, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with internal clients across various business lines, adapting procedures and processes to align with departmental goals.
• Communicate clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all deliverables.
• Manage complex and detailed requests, balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Navigate and operate effectively with imperfect data and processes, embracing ambiguity to achieve program goals.

Qualifications:

• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability as a team player.
• Expertise in modeling process flows, data relationships, and event sequencing.
• Proficiency in understanding code logic and constructing complex data queries.
• Advanced knowledge of business and data analysis, business processes, and applications.
• Strong proficiency with key tools: JIRA, Confluence, Alteryx, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Tableau is a plus.
• Ability to translate complex data from multiple sources into clear, business-readable presentations to articulate progress and address issues/risks.
• Capability to enhance existing data flows for improved efficiency and accuracy.
• Skilled in authoring clear and precise documentation to support program needs and ensure future auditability.
• Strong interpersonal and partnership skills, with the ability to build relationships with peers and clients.
• Logical and clear communicator, able to take direction from program leads and stakeholders while working independently and collaboratively with colleagues across the APAC region.
• Superior oral and written communication skills, with English fluency at an international business standard.
