Job purpose
The successful candidate will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, driving sales, and achieving the company's financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales leads through various channels, and leveraging existing relationships.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, dealers, etc.
- Manage and negotiate with clients, generating a profitable portfolio.
- Conduct market research to understand trends and competitors.
- Collaborate with the team to strategize how to approach potential clients.
- Provide feedback to the senior management regarding customers insights and expectations.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and report to senior management.
- Ensure the customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and post-sales.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time
Requirements
- At least 3 of working experience in a Automotive industry.
- Experience in Fintech is advantageous
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a relevant role.
- Strong understanding of the auto finance industry and its sales approach.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Highly self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented.
