Your impact

We are looking for an experienced Structural Engineer – Data Centre to support the design and delivery of mission‑critical data‑centre facilities. This role focuses on creating resilient, code‑compliant structural solutions that support highly sensitive equipment and continuous operations. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure structural systems integrate effectively with complex MEP and technology infrastructure.

You will perform structural analysis and design for data-centre buildings and equipment supports, delivering resilient structures that meet local codes and seismic requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and design framing, foundations and slabs; model static and seismic loads.
  • Calculate equipment loads (servers, UPS, mechanical equipment) and mitigate vibration risks.
  • Coordinate with MEP teams to accommodate equipment supports and penetrations.
  • Prepare drawings, specifications and quantities; conduct site inspections during construction.

Here's what you'll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in structural engineering design, with demonstrated leadership on complex projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in structural analysis and design software (ETABS, STAAD, SAP2000), supported by in‑depth knowledge of the National Structural Code.
  • Proven track record delivering industrial and mission‑critical facilities, including data centers, through detailed and construction phases.
  • Extensive experience in the design of long‑span structures, raised floor systems, and foundations supporting heavy and vibration‑sensitive equipment.
