Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 3-years of experiences in the relevant field, with significant experience leading successful campaigns across multiple markets.
• Proven results in growing brand awareness, lead generation, and sales through digital and social media channels.
• Proficient in Marketing Tools such as Canvas, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), Google Ads, demand generation and inbound marketing is a must.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and digital analytics tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative.
• Candidate(s) must be willing to work in Perai Area.
• Required language(s): English

Responsibilities:

Brand Management:

• Develop and strengthen the company’s digital brand presence to enhance overall brand image and reputation.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all online marketing channels.

Digital Marketing Strategy Development:

• Develop and execute online marketing activities, including website content, social media, email campaigns, online advertising and mobile marketing.
• Manage PPC campaigns on Google and social media platforms.
• Formulate and implement online marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Identify target audiences and develop campaigns that resonate with them.
• Work out promotional campaigns, webinar planning and execution to support sales team.
  

Analytics and Reporting:

• Use web analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of online marketing campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights to optimize strategies. 

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

• Utilize CRM systems to manage customer data and personalize marketing efforts.
• Implement strategies for customer retention and loyalty.

Good-to-have:-

• Prior exposure to any CRM tools
• Experience in B2B related environments
• Familiarity with lead generation or digital customer engagement
• More advanced analytical skill or Google Analytics/power BI exposure
