Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Public Relations Assistant with strong industry experience to support venue operations, customer engagement, and event coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly to deliver high-quality service and hospitality
  • Respond to customer enquiries and feedback to resolve issues professionally and maintain satisfaction
  • Assist management in planning and coordinating nightly venue operations to ensure smooth functioning
  • Support the supervision and coordination of floor staff, hosts, and service personnel to maintain operational efficiency

Preferred competencies

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in public relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
