Responsibilities
Summary Benefits:
Basic Salary: $1,500 – $2,000 (based on experience)
Commission: Additional payout per installation completed
Annual Bonus: Guaranteed 1-month bonus (AWS / 13th month)
Stable working environment with consistent installation assignments
Opportunity to increase earnings through commission-based work
Responsibilities:
Perform installation of ceiling fans, lighting fixtures, and related electrical accessories
Carry out basic electrical wiring, fitting, and troubleshooting during installation work
Ensure all installations are completed safely, correctly, and in accordance with quality standards
Test and verify installed products to ensure proper functionality
Provide on-site customer support and explain basic product usage when required
Maintain tools, equipment, and installation materials in good working condition
Follow safety procedures and ensure proper housekeeping after each job
Support ad-hoc installation or maintenance tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in ceiling fan or lighting installation
Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and installation works
Able to use hand tools, power tools, and basic electrical testing equipment
Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently
Candidates with electrical-related certifications (e.g. installation training / LEW / NITEC Electrical) will be an advantage
Physically fit and comfortable with on-site work
