Tanggungjawab

We are seeking a qualified and experienced WSHO / ECO to support ongoing LTA infrastructure / MRT projects in Singapore. The successful candidate will oversee workplace safety, environmental compliance, and site coordination activities to ensure all works are carried out in accordance with statutory and project requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and enforce Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) practices on site
  • Ensure compliance with MOM, NEA, LTA, and project safety regulations
  • Conduct daily site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
  • Monitor permit-to-work (PTW) activities and high-risk operations
  • Prepare and maintain WSH and environmental documentation, reports, and records
  • Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and environmental awareness programs
  • Investigate incidents, unsafe acts, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions
  • Liaise closely with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities
  • Ensure proper implementation of environmental control measures including noise, dust, waste management, and pollution control
  • Monitor housekeeping standards and site safety compliance
  • Participate in safety committee meetings and project coordination meetings
  • Support emergency preparedness and incident response activities
  • Ensure all workers comply with LTA safety standards and project-specific requirements

Requirements

  • Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM
  • Certified Environmental Control Officer (ECO) registered with NEA
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction projects in Singapore
  • Prior experience in LTA / MRT / tunnel / viaduct / rail infrastructure projects is highly preferred
  • Familiar with:LTA safety requirementsCONQUAS / Quality proceduresPermit-to-work systemsRisk Assessment (RA)Safe Work Procedure (SWP)
  • Good knowledge of WSH Act and environmental regulations
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced site environment
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
