Receptionist (6-Month Renewable Contract) Urgent Hiring
We are looking for a professional, approachable, and service-driven individual to take on a key front-facing role in delivering a seamless and welcoming office experience. If you enjoy interacting with people and keeping operations running smoothly, this role is for you!
Location: CBD Area
Salary: 14/hr
Working Hours:
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (including 1 hour unpaid break)
5 days a week ( Monday - Friday)
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls professionally
• Direct guests and handle enquiries efficiently
• Maintain a neat, organized, and presentable reception area
• Assist with general administrative and help desk-related tasks
• Coordinate meeting and conference room bookings
• Support setup for meetings (e.g., refreshments, flowers, room readiness)
• Support workplace upkeep to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment
• Assist with office equipment coordination and issue resolution
Requirement:
• NITEC and above
• Professional, well-groomed, and customer-focused personality
• Strong communication skills with confidence interacting at all levels
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and service-driven mindset
• At least 1 year experience in reception is a plus
