Our brands provide exceptional gifting experiences through fresh flowers, delicious cakes, and curated gifts delivered with care. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Finance Executive to support our Finance team.

Job Description

• Maintain accurate financial records including ledgers, receipts, invoices, and payments.
• Verification of invoices and handle accounts payable and receivable
• Reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts
• Partner with internal teams (Vendor, Procurement, Operations) to keep operations running smoothly
• Month end reporting for subsidiary
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and financial policies

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/ Finance
• At least 2 years relevant working experience
• Result oriented with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team and to build strong working relationships
• e-Commerce industry exposure is advantage
• Proficiency in Xero, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
