Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and organized Administrative Manager to oversee and manage daily office administrative operations. The candidate will be handling a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure smooth company operations and proper document management.


The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced working environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize company administrative operations and office workflow
  • Rearrange, maintain, and organize company folders, files, and documentation systems
  • Handle office administrative matters and support daily operational tasks
  • Prepare and manage administrative reports, records, and internal documents
  • Coordinate with external parties, agencies, vendors, and service providers
  • Assist in event preparation and coordination, including:

-Conducting surveys and research

-Contacting agencies, partners, and vendors

-Preparing emails and follow-ups

-Assisting with event logistics and arrangements

  • Support management with administrative planning and coordination tasks
  • Ensure proper filing, tracking, and document control processes are maintained


Requirements

  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in administration or related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and emailing skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Detail-oriented and responsible
  • Preferably based in or willing to work in Cyberjaya
