Job Description:
Stock Management: Accurately record and maintain inventory levels. Assist with stock receiving, physical counting, and organized stock arrangement within the warehouse.
Documentation: Open Purchase Orders (PO) and Delivery Orders (DO); ensure all paperwork is filed and documented correctly to maintain an organized audit trail.
Logistics Coordination: Handle inventory transfers between outlets and the warehouse. Coordinate closely with the Central Kitchen Chef to facilitate these transfers.
Monitoring & Reporting: Track inventory movement, update digital records, and diligently collect and record daily wastages.
Stock Taking : Assist in regular stock audits and reconciliation to ensure physical stock matches system records (physical inventory counts).
Quality Control: Record and monitor temperature logs for storage areas (where applicable) to ensure food safety standards.
Administrative Support: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office area and assist with general administrative tasks. May liaise with relevant departments and stakeholders to process and verify incoming invoices.
Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
Minimum N-Level qualifications or equivalent
No prior experience necessary; however, a relevant background in logistics or SAP is an advantage. (Training will be provided)
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
Working Days: 5 days work week (Monday to Friday: 7am to 4.30pm)
