We're looking for a sharp, data-savvy Marketing Strategy Professional to join our growth team. You'll be the connective tissue between market intelligence, brand positioning, and campaign execution — translating insights into strategies that move the needle across B2B and B2C channels.

• Develop and own the annual marketing strategy roadmap, aligned to revenue and brand growth targets across SEA markets
• Conduct competitive landscaping, market segmentation, and customer insight research to sharpen positioning
• Partner with product, sales, and creative teams to shape go-to-market plans for new offerings and campaigns
• Lead performance analysis across digital, content, and events channels — using data to iterate and improve
• Manage external agencies and vendors, ensuring quality output within budget and timelines
• Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership with clear, compelling narratives backed by evidence
• Strong analytical skills, proven track record launching and optimising integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
