What You Will Do:

• Infrastructure Management: Design, build, and maintain the infrastructure required to support our backend services, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Deployment Automation: Develop, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes for our game backend services.
• Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Set up, maintain, and monitor system alerts to ensure smooth operation of backend services. Quickly identify and resolve any issues that arise.
• Scaling & Performance: Optimize system performance and scalability to handle high traffic loads, working closely with development teams to ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Security: Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect our backend infrastructure and player data.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with game developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate backend features and functionalities seamlessly.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system designs, processes, and troubleshooting guides.

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in technical engineering roles, specifically focusing on backend systems, cloud platforms, or system infrastructure
• Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining high-availability cloud infrastructure
• Strong hands-on experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Solid understanding of Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes to manage backend services.
• Experience setting up and managing monitoring, alerting, and logging systems
• Track record of scaling systems to handle high traffic loads, optimizing resource utilization, and troubleshooting bottlenecks.
• Familiarity with implementing robust security measures, network security, and data protection protocols.
