Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
-Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner
-Coordinate and schedule dispatch/delivery of navigation systems, digital logbooks, and related marine products
-Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and basic documentation
-Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
-Track shipment status and ensure on-time delivery to vessels / clients
-Maintain proper records of sales orders, inventory, and customer database
-Provide administrative support for project coordination and service requests
-Assist in basic troubleshooting coordination (e.g., redirecting tech issues to engineers)
-Support ad-hoc operational tasks assigned by management
