Job Summary

Ensure timely and quality delivery of coach vehicles by planning schedules, managing inventory, liaising with clients, and supporting administrative tasks to maintain smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule delivery times and dates for coach vehicles to meet operational targets
• Coordinate with clients to facilitate the delivery and receipt of coach vehicles, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction
• Manage inventory related to coach vehicles to maintain accurate stock levels and availability
• Monitor and ensure all coach vehicles delivered comply with quality assurance standards
• Oversee daily delivery operations to ensure smooth traffic flow and timely arrivals and departures of coach vehicles
• Execute projects and perform basic administrative tasks as assigned by the manager
• Work independently with minimal supervision to achieve assigned responsibilities
• Collaborate effectively as part of a team to support operational goals
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Class 4 driving license (advantageous for operational duties)
• Tertiary education or fresh graduate status (open to candidates with or without experience)
