About the Role

This is not a generic call center role. We are looking for a consultative SaaS sales professional who understands how to engage businesses, navigate complex buying structures, and generate high-quality opportunities—not just volume.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-quality outbound prospecting into targeted B2B accounts
• Engage with decision-makers (e.g., practice managers, clinicians)
• Qualify leads using structured discovery frameworks
• Book qualified meetings and present software solutions
• Maintain accurate and detailed records in CRM (HubSpot)
• Execute structured follow-up sequences to nurture prospects
• Ensure strong pipeline management and reporting hygiene

Must-Have Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience
• Proven experience selling into small-to-medium businesses (SMBs)
• Ability to navigate layered and complex buying structures
• Strong understanding of consultative / value-based selling
• Demonstrated success in achieving high outbound activity KPIs:
• 250–350 outbound touches/week
• 80–120 live conversations/week
• Experience using structured discovery frameworks
• Expert-level CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) — non-negotiable
• Resilient, target-driven, and comfortable handling rejection
• Strong communication skills with a professional and articulate approach
